Returns & Exchanges

At FairyGlen, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all magical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during their journey back to our glen.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
